HOW IT WORKS

Our collaborative writing process works for customers in any location and at any career stage.

STEP 1

You fill out our simple online form with your career goals and most recent resume (if you have one).

STEP 2

We assign your order to one of our experienced, U.S.-based writers (this typically happens within 1 day).

STEP 3

Your writer collaborates with you via email or phone to complete your documents and answer any questions.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

How long does it take?

The full process typically takes about 1-2 weeks to complete. We offer expedited turnaround times for $50, which can be completed in as fast as 48-72 hours. Turnaround times vary based on (a) how much additional information we need to complete the order, (b) how many drafts we create, and (c) how much time it takes to communicate back and forth with the writer.

How do I communicate with my writer?

Phone or email communication is available for all orders. Phone communication comes included in the Professional and Premium packages, while it costs an extra $25 to add to a Basic or Standard package. 

How and when do I pay?

You pay us after we've completed your resume and you're satisfied with the work. If you ordered a professional package, we typically request payment before completing the LinkedIn profile. Once payment has been made, you'll be able to download the finished documents in an unrestricted Microsoft Word format. Before payment, you can view your documents in a temporary, watermarked format with restricted use. All payments are processed through our secure, online portal. We accept PayPal and all major credit cards.

What guarantees do you offer? 

We want you to get results! If you ordered a Professional or Premium package and you haven't received any interviews after 30 days of us completing your order, we'll provide personalized, 1x1 career guidance and application support free of charge. You must have applied to at least 10 jobs to qualify. Professional package orders receive 1 hour of consulting. Premium packages receive an additional 2 hours of consulting.
