After you place an order, we'll send you the first draft of your new resume. Once you view and are satisfied with the progress on your resume, we ask that you make payment. We'll then provide up to two additional revisions of your resume and complete any additional services that you ordered (e.g. cover letter, LinkedIn profile, interview preparation). ​Other companies in our industry require full payment up-front, without any guarantee that you'll will be satisfied with their work. Our business model is different. We stand behind the quality of our work, and we work with you in a way that demonstrates our commitment to your satisfaction.

Turnaround time is how quickly you'll receive the first draft of your new resume, and the clock starts when you place your order. Turnaround times vary based on package:TopStack Propel: 3 business daysTopStack Launch: 5 business daysFor example, a TopStack Propel order placed Monday means your first draft is ready by end of day Thursday.Need it faster? Our Expedited Turnaround add-on guarantees your first draft within 24 hours of placing your order. If we miss that window, we'll refund the expedited fee and keep your order prioritized until it's done.Keep in mind: your timeline can shift depending on your situation (e.g. we need more information from you to draft your resume, or a scheduled call gets pushed back). We appreciate your understanding when this happens.

Yes, we partner with Affirm and Klarna for clients to split their payments into installments over time. This is not available for our TopStack Recruiter package.

Email is the standard form of communication. However, you can add a 30-min phone consultation to your order for $40.
